Frozen Yogurt Bark

Macros Per Serving:

Carb – oats (dependent on your meal plan)

Protein – (amount is dependent on your meal plan) 6oz. plain Greek yogurt

Fat – .66 oz. almonds, chopped

Fruit – 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/3 cup sliced strawberries

Additional – 1/2 TBSP honey, 1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Notes:

1) Prepare: chop almonds, toss with oats

2) Mix yogurt with 1 tsp, vanilla extract and 1/2 TBSP honey (it is easier to distribute if the honey has been warmed up in advance)

3) Spread the yogurt into a 1/4 inch layer on a baking sheet

4) Sprinkle on oats, almonds, berries

5) Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm

6) Break into pieces to serve
