Youth Program

OUR GOAL, SIMILAR TO OUR ADULT CLIENTS, IS TO DELIVER RESPONSIBLE PROGRAMMING TO OUR YOUTH CLIENTS. THIS WILL START WITH AGE APPROPRIATE WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO GET YOUR CHILD ACTIVE, KEEP THEM HEALTHY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN WHILE EXERCISING!

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

We make sure your child moves well before starting any workout by teaching them proper technique and form. Once moving well, workouts will include movement patterning, agility, strength movements, and gameplay. Your child will start each workout with a dynamic warm-up that has been designed to complement the upcoming workout. Following this will be some core and activation work, and then the workouts to follow.

All workouts are done in a group setting. We will provide a fun, yet challenging atmosphere that allows your child to exercise with other children of the same age and ability. Our age groups are 10 - 13 years old and 14 - 16 years old.
