FREE 21 Day Cleanse and Detox!

There are so many programs out there with cleanses and detoxes and I wanted to invite you to the A|M Fitness cleanse!

Ours is a little different, but I guarantee that if you participate you will drastically change the course and outcome of your life.

Day 1 – Identify negative things in your life. That’s it. Don’t make changes to anything yet, just be real and identify anything and everything negative in your life.

Day 2 – Pick the most negative thing from your list. I would qualify that as the thing that caused you the most harm mentally, physically or emotionally.

Day 3 – Write a plan on how to get rid of that from your life. Now, this is going to be a tough one. What you’re taking out of your life is probably lodged in there pretty good and ridding your life of it may cause some turmoil, right? Well, let’s not forget that you identified whatever it is as the most negative or destructive thing in your life. Now remind yourself that it’s ok to focus on you, your happiness, and your mental, physical or emotional well being.

Day 4, 5 and 6 – Start to take action. Just little steps to a happier you.

Day 7 – Think of something that would make you happier if it were in your life every day. Make a list and identify whatever you think the best option for you is.

Day 8 – Add whatever you picked to your day. Take action on it. If it was a “thing” then go buy it. If it was a person, then reach out and make a phone call. Do you get where I’m going with this? Take action!

Days 9 through 14 – The rest of the week I want you to focus solely on those 2 things. We don’t need to overwhelm ourselves and become a completely different person overnight. Be successful in small victories and you’ll win wars once you tally everything up.

Week 3 – You should still be doing working on everything from the previous weeks. This week I want you to add in 10-minute walks (longer if you’d like) to your daily routine. The benefit of this is highly underrated and just being outdoors can drastically improve your mood. So get moving!

Rinse and repeat as often as you need to.
