Large Group Training – Week 1

All new clients start during week 1 of our training phase. Regardless if you are brand new to the program or a seasoned vet, we will focus on educating everyone on the exercises, new programming, and expectations of each workout.

During week 1 our goal is to get every client to completely understand everything they are doing. Without this base knowledge we may not be able to progress as quickly as we want and our risk factors will increase. This is why it is our priority to cover as much of each movement as possible.

Not only do we cover our workouts, but we also spend time teaching all of our new clients how stretch and various recovery protocols. The coaches are required to be on the floor and with our new clients, making sure they leave feeling successful, have a good understanding of what they just did, and helping them through the recovery process.
