Fix Your Squat

Squatting, it’s one of the most used and beneficial movements of any program.
It is however a movement that can go wrong in many different places due to the number of moving parts. To create the perfect squat we have to first discover our own weaknesses and build from the floor up.
Starting with the feet, do they move out while moving into the bottom of our squat? Do the knees shift at all while going though the range of motion? Can we maintain a neutral spin while dropping into the deeper part of the squat?
