We’ve recently announced all of the winners for Best Me Yet and now wanted to recognize some of our other standout participants.
Kathy was a new member to us and joined with her friend. Over the course of the 10-week program, Kathy was able to lose 10 pounds of total weight. That’s not the best part though, she was also able to increase her skeletal muscle mass by almost 3 pounds and drop her total percentage of body fat by 8%!
She did this by training with us 2-3 times per week and maintaining her work/life balance. So, let’s all give Kathy a giant congratulations on all that she accomplished!
