So, what comes with the program?


☛ Done For You Meal Plans

We have hired an expert dietitian to work specifically on this program for us.The meal plans are based off of food that you’ll actually want to eat and are easy to use! They contain all of the information you need to create a successful, delicious menu!

Sample Meal Alternate
2.8 oz. Chicken breast or 3.8 oz. COD, Flounder or 2.8 oz. 99% Lean ground turkey
6.5 oz. Baked / sweet potato or 1 cup Rice (brown or white) or 1 cup Wheat pasta
Green vegetables of your choice (no peas) or large salad with any added vegetables
1.5 tsp oil or 1/2 oz. Almonds or Cashews (NOTE: flavored are fine) or 3 tbs Avocado

You will have contact and guidance from our staff throughout the entire program regarding your meal plans and nutrition.

You will be assigned to one of our coaches and you will have the ability to communicate with them as often as you need. This means you can ask for guidance with your workout, nutrition, or anything else you may need help with.

The InBody 570 goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts. We will check your body composition using the InBody 570 at the beginning and end of the program to see how you’ve actually changed.
